    Following an adventurous 20-year career in consumer brand marketing and sales, Kathy launched her own business in 2005 in the field of talent development. Instead of developing great products and services, she helps to develop people to become great leaders of business and life.


    She works with organizations that seek to cultivate leadership diversify across their enterprises, and with individuals who want to advance their careers, grow their businesses, and leverage their influence. Her mission is to help raise up the "hidden leaders" in their organizations (especially women and minorities) and equip them with the skills, courage, confidence, and connections to ascend to higher levels of leadership. Her signature program is The Fearless Leader 8-week group mentoring program designed to help professionals take their talent and influence to the next level. She also runs the Fearless Accountability mastermind group to help leaders stay on track with their goals and achieve more.


    Kathy is the creator of the Fearless Leader Books™ series and has personally authored and co-authored multiple business books including Stop Global Boring, Sharpening Your Point, Defining YOU, and Networking Ahead, and most recently, Fearless Female Leaders co-authored with Rosemary Paetow.


    She is a graduate of Stanford University in Economics and is certified in Actualized Leadership Performance Coaching, Blind Spots Coaching, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).


    As a result of Kathy’s leadership and relentless commitment, her clients and followers become more confident, self-aware, influential, courageous, and more satisfied at work and in life.


    On a personal note, she is an ovarian cancer survivor and has developed a “fierce urgency for now” to pay it forward and to help make the world better place for all.

    Kate Bringardner is a somatic speaking coach who has worked as a communication coach, facilitator, speaker, and executive leadership presence coach. For more than a decade, she has designed and delivered workshops, coaching programs, and professional development experiences focused on public speaking, leadership communication, presentation skills, virtual presence, and interpersonal effectiveness. She has also served as a "Communication Coach in Residence," helping organizations integrate stronger communication practices, guiding teams through difficult conversations, and providing thought leadership to executives.


    Her client list includes Clariant Corp, GE Appliances, Northwestern Mutual, Old National Bank, Bank of Montreal Harris, Woodford Reserve, Brown-Forman, YMCA of the USA, United Direct Solutions, and the Speed Art Museum, as well as the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, Greenville Housing Authority, and Greenville YMCA. Her work has taken her from Manhattan to San Francisco, and she has taught and led sessions at the University of Louisville, Coker University, and Furman University. Her approach combines practical communication techniques with behavioral awareness, helping participants move beyond theory into real-world application.


    Kate's training runs deep. She holds an MFA in Performance from the Theatre School at DePaul University, trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York and the Conservatory of Performing Arts in Pittsburgh, and completed a certification in Mask and Movement Theatre in Italy. She has since deepened her study of presence with a certification in the Foundations of Embodiment and is a member of the International Somatics and Movement Educators Association. She has remained active in stage work as well, with credits including the award-winning short film The Baby Shower and the role of Maggie in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. In 2020, she joined an international cohort of performers in Italy to devise and tour a show, which opened in Florence before the project was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.


    Kate is particularly known for helping people who don't see themselves as "natural speakers." She specializes in supporting technical experts, subject matter experts, business owners, and emerging leaders who need to communicate effectively in meetings, presentations, networking environments, and high-visibility leadership situations. Participants appreciate her engaging, practical, and highly interactive teaching style. Rather than focusing on performance perfection, she helps individuals build authentic communication habits that create credibility, trust, and influence, blending useful tools, real-world examples, audience participation, and actionable takeaways.

    For most of Dr. Tanya’s life, she unlocked success through her relentless drive and commitment to succeed in her professional and personal life. She was catapulted from responsibilities to challenges and successes - embracing each with open arms. After 12 years as a professor, researcher, and certified mental performance consultant, she pivoted fully into growing her business which she previously treated as a side hustle. By doing so, her gift for coaching executives was unveiled.


    Dr. Tanya has a PhD from the University of Tennessee and has received numerous awards for her commitment to equity and advocacy. In particular, she was the 2021 Dorothy V.
