Our online community is made up of a variety of cool people, including YOU, like-minded professionals, graduates of The Fearless Leader program, people who attend our events and are interested in our work. We're also honored to have many guest speakers and experts who have shared their knowledge in the past with this community.

Benefits of Membership
Membership to the Fearless Leader Community is free  but requires your consent to our agreement and your commitment to engage and contribute in positive, productive conversations and interactions with other members.

As a member, you have access to a Vault full of fearless resources, special events including our monthly coffee chat series, quarterly bonus learning events, and more. There is no cost to you, but you do need to abide by our rules and guidelines.

A Shared Vision
All of our members are dedicated to ensuring  that diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging go beyond popular words and themes and become timeless best practices in business and beyond. As fearless leaders, we will use our talent, influence, and resources to support women and other underrepresented groups and help them to rise to leadership roles and positions of influence.

We pledge to mentor, partner and collaborate with others who may be different than we are in order to achieve higher levels of Equity of Opportunity for all.

Agreement
You agree to always be respectful of other people,  be impeccable with your word, be honest and open minded, be trustworthy and honorable in your communication, be ethical in your actions, hold confidences and respect other people's copyrighted material and intellectual property.

You will NOT engage in anything that could be perceived as hate speech, misinformation, intimidation and threats, overt solicitation, or manipulation. If you do, your membership will be immediately canceled and your access to materials cut off. If you are unsure if your posting crosses this line, then don't post it.

Please set up your profile on Mighty Networks  in the Members tab in the top navigation, Include your photo and a short bio and links to your other social media accounts. This will enable other members to connect with you. There's even a Chat feature where you can direct message each other.

Please use the posts liberally. Share your knowledge, wisdom, experience and inspirational quotes on our Mighty Networks community space. You are an important part of making this a successful group. As the group facilitator and lead mentor, I will guide, support, and challenge you in your thinking, feeling and actions so that you can realize your full leadership potential, and in turn, be able to do the same for others.
